Materials & Craftsmanship
Each OriginBand is crafted in solid 925 sterling silver, hallmarked and hand-finished by master silversmiths in Taxco, Mexico.
“925” refers to the composition of the metal —92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper or other alloys added for strength and durability. Pure silver (99.9%) is too soft for daily wear, so 925 sterling silver provides the perfect balance between quality, shine, and resilience.
Over time, genuine 925 silver can naturally tarnish when exposed to humidity, sweat, or certain pH levels in the skin — this is completely normal and does not mean your ring is damaged.
If you notice darkening or a greenish tint on your skin, it’s often due to acidic skin pH or moisture reacting with the copper content in the silver.
We recommend:
+ Cleaning your ring regularly with a soft silver polishing cloth.
+ Avoiding contact with lotions, chlorine, or perfumes.
+ Applying a light skin protector or clear barrier coat (like “Jewelry Shield” or similar) on the inside of the ring if you have sensitive skin.

Our silver is ethically sourced from certified suppliers in Taxco, Mexico, a region internationally recognised for its centuries-old silversmithing heritage. Each OriginBand is produced responsibly, respecting local artisans and traditional craft methods passed down through generations.
After casting, every ring is hand-polished and detailed using professional jeweller techniques — no mass plating, no shortcuts. This process ensures that each piece reflects a natural sterling silver shine that develops character over time as it’s worn.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide— including theUK, Europe, USA, Canada, and Latin America. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Taxco, Mexico, carefully packaged and fully trackable.

+ Delivery time: 3–5 business days (depending on destination and customs)
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your piece is on its way.
Shipping is always included in our prices. There are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges— the price you see is the final price you pay.
Depending on your country’s laws, customs duties or VAT may apply upon delivery. These fees are set by your local authorities and are not included in your OriginBands purchase price. We always declare your order transparently and mark it as handcrafted jewellery.
Once your OriginBand ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@originbands.com for assistance.
If your order is delayed, we’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the rare case of a lost shipment, we guarantee a replacement at no additional cost once the carrier confirms the loss. Our goal is that every OriginBand reaches its rightful owner — safely and on time.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all standard OriginBands. If your ring doesn’t fit or isn’t exactly what you expected, you may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless the product arrives incorrect or defective.If your custom ring does not match the approved design, engraving, or specifications, we will remake or replace it at no cost.
Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for preference changes (such as size, engraving, or design modifications after approval).
However, if an error occurs in production or the item differs from your approved design, we will recreate or correct the piece immediately, ensuring your satisfaction.

Our team will provide clear instructions and confirm the next steps for your exchange, resize, or remake.
If your ring arrives with visible damage or a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the problem.
We will replace or repair the item at no additional cost, as every OriginBand is backed by our quality guarantee.
Keep your ring in a soft, dry pouch when not in use and clean it occasionally with a silver-polishing cloth to preserve its shine.
Avoid harsh chemicals, salt water, or perfume contact to ensure your piece keeps its brilliance and beauty for years to come.
